The Patrick A. Cousin Jr. Inspired Kindness Award

The Patrick A. Cousin Jr. Inspired Kindness Award recognizes youth showing extraordinary acts of kindness. This honor comes with a monetary prize and a commemorative trophy.

Candidates must be between the ages of 10 and 22, contributing to a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and building the morale of others through their actions.
Their efforts and contributions are above and beyond the average random act of kindness, personifying genuine kindness and thoughtfulness year after year.
The candidate should meet the literal definition of kindness: being friendly, generous and considerate.

Entries must include a letter of no more than 500 words, as to why the nominee meets the criteria to receive the Kindness Award. Entries must also include a letter of recommendation on behalf of the nominee, as well as a 1 to 2-minute video showing them in action. Feeling inspired?
